KEC International approved the merger by absorption of its recently acquired subsidiary KEC Spur Infrastructure on May 16, 2026. The move consolidates operations in the engineering, procurement, and construction segment of the oil and gas pipelines sector. Spur Infra had an order book of approximately Rs 600 crore as of its acquisition in October 2021 and has since integrated into KEC’s broader infrastructure operations. The merger creates an operationally efficient group structure and strengthens the consolidated business framework.
