Zia Agents Now Deployable as Digital Employees in Zoho CRM

Zoho introduced updates allowing Zia Agents to be created or hired as digital employees directly in Zoho CRM via the Zia Agents platform. Users define agent purpose, instructions, knowledge base, and tool groups in a two-step process before testing and deploying with sample CRM data. The feature supports real-time coaching for new sales hires and autonomous task handling across sales, support, and other functions.
