CircleCI released Server 4.9.3 on May 13 2026. The update increased default RabbitMQ memory allocation to prevent out-of-memory failures and upgraded Nomad server to version 1.11.3. It enabled gRPC client-side load balancing and switched gRPC client paths to use headless Services. Additional fixes addressed CVEs including CVE-2026-24051 in OpenTelemetry SDK and CVE-2026-1229 in Cloudflare CIRCL library. The release also added NOMAD_RPC_MAX_CONNS_PER_CLIENT configuration and exposed Nomad resource limits in Helm values.
