VisionWave Holdings completed the acquisition of 100% of the xCalibre AI video intelligence platform IP on April 10, 2026. Consideration included 7,000,000 shares of VWAV common stock and a $6,000,000 promissory note. BDO Consulting Group valued the portfolio at approximately $60 million. The deal expands VisionWave’s multi-modal intelligence stack following the March 20, 2026 establishment of its Israeli subsidiary.
