DeepWisdom completed Series A and A+ financing rounds raising a total of $31M. Series A was led by Ant Group; Series A+ was led by Cathay Innovation with participation from MindWorks Capital, Jinqiu Capital, and Baidu Venture. The funding accelerates multi-agent R&D and global commercialization of Atoms, which extends the MetaGPT open-source framework into full business automation. DeepWisdom rebranded MGX as Atoms in January 2026 and has raised the largest amount in China's coding agent space to date.
