Share the canonical public link.
AWSLabs open-sourced the CLI Agent Orchestrator on May 12, 2026, integrating Amazon Q Developer CLI with tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot CLI. The framework runs agents in isolated tmux sessions using a supervisor-worker pattern for multi-agent coordination. It preserves native features such as custom agents in Amazon Q Developer and sub-agents in Claude Code. Developers install via AWS credentials and support for 8 CLI tools including Kiro CLI and Gemini CLI. The orchestrator enables parallel task execution for complex coding workflows. AWSLabs repositories received 1,200 stars in the week following the release.
