Reuters compiled a table of AI-linked global layoffs announced since October with Cloudflare cutting more than 1,100 positions in May. Cloudflare joins other firms including LinkedIn planning 5 percent staff cuts and Block eliminating nearly half its workforce. The May 13 update notes Cloudflare announced the cuts last week alongside its first-quarter results. Cloudflare ended the first quarter before the May 13 report with revenue at a record high.
