MongoDB named Pablo Stern as Chief Product Officer, AI and Emerging Products on April 22, 2026. Ben Cefalo was promoted to Chief Product Officer, Core Products while Jim Scharf remains CTO. All three report to President and CEO CJ Desai. Stern oversees the AI product portfolio including Search, Vector Search, and Voyage plus future initiatives with AI-native companies. The moves aim to accelerate growth in AI and Atlas.
