Oracle Eloqua 26B Adds Bulk API Create-Only and Update-Only Import Rules

Oracle Eloqua publishes developer release notes for version 26B on May 1, 2026. Bulk API contact and account imports now support update only or create only using the new importRule parameter. The importRule accepts createAndUpdate for current upsert behavior, updateOnly for records that match on identifierFieldName, and createOnly for records without a match on identifierFieldName or for contacts only on Email Address.
