n8n reaches $5.2B valuation after SAP backs platform at Sapphire conference

SAP invested in n8n, doubling its valuation overnight to $5.2 billion. n8n founder Jan Oberhauser started the Berlin company in 2019 after finding existing workflow tools too expensive. The platform now embeds inside SAP's Joule Studio and reaches 300,000 customers including Volkswagen and Microsoft. n8n reports $40 million in annual revenue and becomes Germany's most valuable AI company. The announcement occurred at SAP's Sapphire conference.
