Palo Alto Networks closed its acquisition of Chronosphere in early 2026. The move strengthens Palo Alto Networks' position in cloud-native observability for enterprise customers. Chronosphere's platform provides cost control and complexity reduction in Kubernetes environments. Martin Mao joined Palo Alto Networks leadership team as part of the integration.
