Fountain Health Partners announced its launch on May 19, 2026, as a new healthcare-focused investment firm based in Boston and Kansas City. Co-founders Joey Campanelli, former Shields Health Solutions executive, and Jack Euston, healthcare investment banker with more than a decade in M&A, target companies past proof-of-concept that generate steady revenue. The firm seeks to invest in six to eight companies spanning workforce solutions, automation, care coordination, member engagement, risk and compliance, and new care delivery models with a clear three- to five-year path to strategic exit. It emphasizes operational execution and real customer adoption for health systems, payers, and provider groups while building a team with deep expertise including advisory board input from Tampa General Hospital CEO John Couris. The launch includes support from Nueterra Capital and addresses an underserved segment of services businesses with repeatable sales patterns.
