Nebius Reports Q1 2026 Revenue of $399 Million Up 684 Percent Year Over Year

Nebius Group N.V. reported unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026 on May 13, 2026. Revenue reached $399.0 million compared to $50.9 million in Q1 2025 while AI-specific revenue grew 841 percent to $390 million. The company posted net income of $621.2 million including a $780.6 million non-cash investment revaluation gain and adjusted EBITDA of $129.5 million. Nebius secured up to 1.2 GW of power and land for a new fully-owned AI facility in Pennsylvania and raised 2026 capex guidance to $20-25 billion. Nebius Group N.V. expanded contracted AI capacity above 3.5 GW with a target of over 4 GW by year-end.
