Crusoe and Kalina Distributed Power sign multi-year agreement for Alberta AI data centers

Crusoe entered into a multi-year framework agreement with Kalina Distributed Power (KDP) to develop multiple colocated AI data centers in Alberta. Crusoe will develop, own, and operate the data centers and purchase power from three KDP-owned 170 MW gas-fired power plants through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with a minimum term of 15 years. Crusoe AI Data Centres Alberta project lists the developer as Crusoe AI. The agreement covers natural gas-fired power provider Kalina Distributed Power (KDP) and multiple colocated AI data centers powered by natural gas power plants in Alberta.
