Isomorphic Labs raised $2.1 billion in Series B funding on May 12, 2026. Thrive Capital led the round with participation from Alphabet, GV, MGX, Temasek, CapitalG, and the UK Sovereign AI Fund. The company will use the funds to scale its IsoDDE AI drug design engine, expand globally, and advance its internal drug pipeline. Isomorphic Labs maintains partnerships with Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson for AI-driven drug discovery programs. Total funding now reaches $2.7 billion since its 2021 founding by Demis Hassabis.
