Star Catcher Industries announced a $65 million oversubscribed Series A on May 12, 2026. Investors include B Capital as lead with Shield Capital and Cerberus Ventures co-leading, plus GreatPoint Ventures, Helena, Oceans Ventures, and MVP Ventures. The company plans a first on-orbit demonstration in 2026 after a larger Cape Canaveral demo in summer 2026. It has signed seven power purchase agreements with a qualified commercial pipeline above $3 billion in projected ARR. Board additions include retired Gen. John "Jay" Raymond, the first Chief of Space Operations for the U.S. Space Force.
