Dash0 announced the acquisition of Lumigo on February 4, 2026. The move integrates Lumigo’s serverless and AWS-native observability expertise with Dash0’s OpenTelemetry-first platform to deliver agentic observability for AWS and serverless environments. The acquisition brings deep AWS Lambda expertise, LLM visibility, and AI-powered operations to Dash0. Lumigo platform will remain operational and maintained by the Lumigo team until at least the end of 2026. New York and Tel Aviv are the locations cited in the announcement.
