Torq acquires Jit founded in 2021 for undisclosed price on May 19, 2026. Jit raised $46.7 million from Boldstart Ventures, Insight Partners, Tiger Global Management and others. Torq follows its $140 million Series D in January 2026 at $1.2 billion valuation and April 2025 Revrod acquisition. Ofer Smadari, Torq co-founder and CEO, states the move unites Jit's AI Context Graphs with the Torq AI SOC Platform for proactive cybersecurity.

Torq acquires Jit on May 19, 2026 for an estimated $70 million. Jit founder David Melamed and a team of about 30 employees join Torq to integrate AI Context Graph technology into Torq's AI SOC Platform. Torq previously raised $140 million in a Series D round at a $1.2 billion valuation with customers including Dolby. Jit had raised approximately $40 million with investors including Boldstart Ventures and was led by CEO Shai Horovitz since 2023.
